Notepad is a very useful software. With this software, you can write programming code to create an application, or just writing something. Notepad automatically added to Windows because it's default program. In this article, i will tell you how to make a simple timer with notepad.
Timer, or countdown timer, can be easily made with Notepad. How to do it then ? Follow the steps below.
#1 Open Notepad. If you're using windows 7, you can open it by going to start menu>accessories>notepad. If not, you can use keyboard shortcut. Press windows key + R. Then type notepad and press enter.
#2 Copy code below. And then paste it on notepad.
# 3 Click File> Save As. In the Save as type select all files. In the file name type timer.bat .Then click save. In this example, I save the file on my desktop
# 4 Close notepad. Find the file you have created. I saved it on the desktop. Open the file by double click. Then enter the number for the timer and click enter.
Done ! Now you can make simple timer using notepad.
